Brief History of Our Company

Advisino Invest incorporated in 2009 in Hong Kong is the acquisition of an investment banking license. This license allows the company to legally operate as a Financial Advisory and offer financial services such as fixed deposits, stock trading, and alternative investments. In 2009, Bank of China (Hong Kong) acquired the license of Nanyang Commercial Bank, which was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1949.

Advisino expansion of the company’s operations to other countries – In 2010, the company engaged its first JV partnership branch in Singapore, followed by branches in Malaysia and Thailand. This expansion allowed the company to tap into new markets and diversify its investment instruments at the disposal for our clientele.

Introduction of new products and services. In 2012, the company launched its online trading app partnership with Charles Schwab, which allowed customers to access their accounts and perform transactions using their PCs & smartphones. In 2014, the company introduced a new credit card in collaboration with Charles Schwab that offered cashback rewards and other benefits to customers.

Establishment of strategic partnerships with other companies – In 2016, the company formed a partnership with Alibaba’s Ant Financial to offer online payment services to customers. This partnership allowed the company to leverage Ant Financial’s expertise in online payments and expand its customer base.

JD Health raises $3.48 billion in Hong Kong’s biggest IPO in 2020 – Advisino assists biggest IPO fund raising for JD Health company’s listing on a stock exchange. In 2020, the company went public and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This listing allowed us to raise capital and increase its visibility among smart investors.
