We believe climate change poses as much of a risk to the global financial system as it does to the environment. Our parent company NatWest Group plans for its business operations, including here at Coutts, to be ‘climate positive’ by 2025. That means we go beyond net zero carbon emissions and remove additional CO2 from the atmosphere.
We support entrepreneurs and businesses through our dedicated entrepreneur service, providing capital and connections to business founders – the first offering of its kind by a firm in Hong Kong. Advisino also introduces financially sophisticated, high net worth clients interested in investing to exciting new private companies. And we are working with Smart Investors (SIs), helping innovators and great ideas get off the ground running with the necessary support they need to market.
We are strong advocates of sound financial planning. We work to raise awareness of its importance and improve people’s understanding of how to do it effectively. As well as helping our clients achieve their financial goals, we run financial programmers to support the next generation, educate clients on fraud and cybercrime, and run events on key aspects of financial planning.
